Bai Mu Dan (White Peony)
Bai Mu Dan is a premium white tea from Fuding, Fujian, and is one of China’s six major tea types. Named after its appearance—silvery buds surrounded by green leaves, resembling peony flowers when brewed. Made from one bud with one or two leaves, it undergoes minimal oxidation, preserving its natural compounds.
